The Votronic Battery Protector 40 and Battery Protector 100 devices are switched between the supply battery and consumers and are suitable for all lead battery types (acid, gel, AGM) and manufacturers. They protect the battery from dangerous deep discharge as well as consumers and equipment from subtle and overvoltage and, controlled by an external switch, also serve as a remote control battery switch.
- Switching flow 40A, briefly overloaded up to 60a, visible from the outside switching state display
- Emergency one function via switch on the device, also remote control by external switches
- Automatic reset as soon as the battery voltage is back in the normal range (load)
- Separates sensory cables and switches with hysteresis and timer functions for trouble -free function
- Bistable performance relay, very low self -consumption, less than 3 mA (according to EN 13976)
- No self-consumption when switching off via external switches, e.g. remote control as a battery switch
- Solid screw terminals for battery and load cable cross-sections up to 10 mm²
- Version "Motor" with higher switch -off thresholds receives the starting capacity for emergency vehicles with only one battery circuit according to DIN EN 1789
