Es ist semiflexibel und ideal für 24V-Systeme mit einer Betriebsspannung von über 30,8V. Für 12V-Systeme werden MPPT Laderegler benötigt, die höhere Modulspannungen verarbeiten können. Offgridtec's PCB-ETFE 100W 36V (MPN 3-01-010835) belongs to the latest generation of semi-flexible solar panels. The PCB-ETFE class sets completely new standards in the area of stability and reliability through the composition of the highest quality materials. While the front is based on Teflon Derivative (PTFE), the back is made of fiberglass (PCB). The ACM module works with 156 mono cells from Solarworld and modern 3-busbar technology. These and other quality features make Offgridtec's PCB-ETFE 100W a universally applicable top-class product that feels just as comfortable on boats as it does on vehicle roofs or other surfaces and combines stability, maximum reliability and performance like no other.
Thanks to its high operating voltage of 36V, it is ideal for 24V systems or 12V systems (12V only in connection with MPPT charge controllers that can process a corresponding maximum module voltage ) suitable. The PCB-ETFE 100W 12V solar cell is flexible and, compared to normal flexible solar cells, can also be walked on without hesitation if it is glued over the entire surface.

Dank einer neuen Struktur der äußersten Schicht wurde die Rutsch-Hemmung deutlich verbessert und das Modul kann problemlos begangen werden. Langfristig werden höhere Erträge durch bessere Lichtdurchlässigkeit und deutlich weniger Eintrübung der transparenten ETFE Front-Schichten im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Solarmodulen mit abweichenden Frontbeschichtungen erzielt. The semi-flexible ETFE-AL 160W V2 solar panel from Offgridtec is based on a pioneering material composition (aluminium-ETFE) and is equipped with highly efficient mono cells. The output voltage is 18V DC, which makes it very interesting for a variety of application scenarios. It can also be walked on and is significantly more slip-resistant than its predecessors, making it the perfect choice for marine and mobile applications. The power is supplied by state-of-the-art solar cells which, thanks to the latest technology, have a remarkable cell efficiency and also stand out from the crowd thanks to their low power degradation values.

On the front of the module, 2 superimposed ETFE layers ensure solid protection of the internal cells and a high light yield over many years. Thanks to a new structure of the outermost layer, the slip resistance has been significantly improved and the module can be walked on without any problems. In the long term, higher yields are achieved thanks to better light transmission and significantly less clouding of the transparent ETFE front layers compared to conventional solar modules with different front coatings. The solid ETFE front provides strong protection against hail and makes the module absolutely resistant to salt water. The integrated AL backsheet virtually eliminates the risk of cell cracks caused by incorrect handling or installation. The series is fitted with the best solar cells, which offer a high cell efficiency of 22.3 per cent.
11 Busbar technology
Power management is handled by 11 busbars. With this advanced technology, the current is managed via eleven electrical conductor paths (busbars). This enables reliable throughput, even at high current levels, while minimising heat losses. The efficient distribution of the current ensures a solid performance of the solar modules, resulting in improved overall efficiency and higher yields.
Monocrystalline modules
Monocrystalline solar modules are an advanced form of photovoltaic module made from a single crystal lattice. Sunbeam system carbon quick fixWith the new carbon fiber model, Sunbeam system offers a resistant solar panel that can be attached very quickly and easily on an existing Sprayhood/Bimini. The fabric of a bimini is not stable and stiff enough to carry a normal flexible solar panel over 54W or to fix them sufficiently. In the event of stronger winds, the solar panel could be damaged because it turned too much and the smallest cracks could arise. The integrated carbon fiber stiffening in the new Carbon Quick Fix Fixes this problem and enables the use of large solar modules on a top. The ratio of strength to the weight of carbon fibers is crucial here. The Quick Fix system with the LOXX buttons enables easy assembly on fabrics or other surfaces. So that you can easily remove the solar panel and attach it again.
