Switching station for the US230/12 12A 2700W 230VAC network
Versatile multi -talent
Offgridtec switching stations enable you to operate 230V consumers from two different voltage sources. Typically, this is a voltage converter or the public power grid
With the priority circuit, you can determine which power source should be used preferentially - this voltage source is eliminated to the replacement current source.
The use of the highest quality relay guarantees on the one hand a particularly precise switching threshold, on the other hand, your voltage converter is optimally protected from feedback from external tension.

Technical specifications
Input voltage: 230VAC, 50/60Hz
Input current (max.): 12a
Output voltage: 230VAC, 50/60Hz
Performance (max.): 2700VA
Switching time: 1-2 seconds li>
Fuse: F 15A / 250V
Protection: overload, short circuit
Housing: plastic
Protection class: IP55
Inputs: screw terminals
Dimensions: (LXBXH): 120 x 120 x 58mm
Weight: 250g
Application example 1-network preliminary circuit
The 230 V AC network is connected to the input AC2 (higher priority)
This means that the battery is spared and the inverter is also protected from external tension.
Only when AC2 turns off that does the input AC1 switch to the power supply via battery and inverter
Application example 2-Inverter preliminary circuit
The inverter is connected to the input AC2 (higher priority)
This means that the electricity is primarily taken from the battery by the inverter (e.g. when using solar island systems)
The 230 V AC network is only switched on via the AC1 input

VICTRON Filax 2 Transfer CE 230V/50Hz-240V/60Hz
The ultra -fast Filax transfer switch from Victron Energy (MPN SDFI0000000) was developed to switch important or sensitive consumers such as computers, industrial control units or modern entertainment electronics from one change of alternating current to another. The main source is typically the power grid, a generator or a land connection. An inverter usually serves as an alternative source. With its switch -off time of less than 20 milliseconds, even sensitive loads continue to work without interruption. The Filax is not designed to supply household appliances with high electricity consumption, such as washing machines or electric motors.Gun switching functionThe Filax is a transfer switch with a gun (non -bridge) switching function. The maximum time for switching the loads is 16 ms. The load is usually supplied with the main generator and is switched to the alternative source in the following cases:
The voltage of the main power source falls below the threshold value.
The frequency of the main power source falls below the low frequency threshold value or it exceeds the high frequency threshold value.
Switching back from the alternative power source to the main source of the main power as soon as the voltage and frequency values of the main source of the main power are located for 30 seconds within the limit values specified for switching back.Technical specifications
Max. Electricity: 16A
Max. Time for switching: 16 ms
Switching delay for switching back: 30 seconds
Operating temperature range: -20 ° C - +50 ° C
Moisture (not condensing): max. 95%
Protection class: IP65
Weight: 0.8 kg
Dimensions: 120 x 255 x 75 mm
installation
Install the Filax in a dry and well -ventilated environment.
The input cables from the generator / main power supply and the output cables to the devices must be connected according to the circuit diagram.
When connecting a load with less than 850 watts, the wire bridges must be removed.
The frequency (50 Hz or 60 Hz) is set using a bridge. If the bridging is not set for the frequency, the switch-in threshold values for the voltage are incorrect.
Both inputs must be protected from electricity values of over 16 amps.
The front cover of the housing is attached using the four screws supplied.
The Filax is now ready for use.

Victron Anti-Islanding Box 63a, for one and three-phase operation
The anti-Islanding box is a completely pre-cabled and easy-to-install device, which ensures that your battery system can be continued in the event of a network failure. If theoretically energy could be fed back into the public network from a battery system in the event of a network failure, an anti-Icelanding device must be installed in the battery system that corresponds to the local provisions. If there is a power failure in the electricity plant, this so -called ENS separates the connection to the network and its system continues as an independent system.
The anti-Islanding Box 63a one and three-phase, is a combination of an anti-Icelanding device, the UFR1001E anti-Icelanding relay, two inline shifting devices and one main performance switch. It is suitable for both single -phase and three -phase systems. It has a nominal output of up to 63 A per phase and all parts are conveniently housed in a housing of the protection class IP65.
The anti-Islanding box can be integrated into a network-sponsored inverter/charging system (ESS) in order to meet the local anti-Icelanding regulations.
The anti-Islanding Box 63a for single-phase and three-phase systems fulfills the following standards:
- G83/2 and G59/3 (proof of conformity Great Britain)
-VDE-AR-N 4105 (proof of conformity na protection Germany)
-ÖVE / ÖNORM E 8001-4-712 (Austria's obstruction)
-DIN V VDE V 0126-1-1 / A1 / NOI-RES_13E (objection certificate of Europe)
-NRS-097-2-1 (proof of conformity in South Africa)
The German, Austrian and French norms require two electrical switchgear switched in a row.
The Ziehl relay controls both switching devices.Note: The second shooter is not required for G83 / 2 and G59 / 3-compliant systems.
