Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany (domestic) and to the following countries: France, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Monaco, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Sweden, Norway.

Shipping costs (including legal value-added tax):

Germany and Austria

- Up to an order value of €100: €6 shipping costs

- From an order value of €100: free shipping!**

The following shipping costs apply for international shipping:

- Packages up to 31.5 kg: €14.90

- Bulky goods shipping: €39.90

- Freight carrier shipping: €79.90

- Freight carrier shipping (hazardous goods): €175.00

For the dispatch of bulky goods (shipping by freight carrier) abroad, we charge the following:

- Freight carrier shipping: €79.90

- Freight carrier shipping (hazardous goods): €140.00

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description. If no shipping method can be selected, please send us an email.

Delivery times:

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany takes place within 2 - 5 days, and for international deliveries within 2 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (for prepayment agreed after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

For self-collection, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
