200W Mobilbar Caravan Complete System

This complete system contains everything you need to charge your batteries mobile. In addition to charging your on -board battery, the dual controller contained in the set also enables the simultaneous loading of the starter battery because it has a corresponding side charging output. The scope of delivery includes extensive information material in which the structure and connection is explained step by step - this applies to both the technical connection, as well as the gluing of the holding spoilers and the roof implementation. The same roof implementation is probably one of the most critical areas, since the transition to the interior of the motorhome takes place. The implementation is made of the same material as the spoiler - the PEG screw connection corresponds to the protection class IP68 and is therefore absolutely waterproof if installed correctly.

The offgridtec® Mppt Pro Duo 30a solar loader control

The MPPT per duore control can process a maximum charging current of 30A. This means that this system can theoretically be expanded to almost 400W solar module performance. In addition, the device has a secondary charging output which the starter battery can be loaded in parallel to the on -board battery during long periods - a feature that is certainly highly valued in the mobile home. So that the optimum can really be spoken of in terms of efficiency, the device still has an AES switching output- it enables the automatic switching of refrigerators with "AES" from gas to 12V operation with excess solar power.

The professional solar assembly system

Spoile profiles are the first choice, especially for caravans and motorhomes when it comes to cleaning the solar modules. If you install the modules in the direction of travel, wind noise is no longer an issue (this also applies to alcove vehicles). Due to the closed construction of the spoilers, no branches or the like can get caught among the solar modules.

The gluing

A correctly executed gluing is superior in the hard motor or boot insert of every screw connection. A strength of over 4 N/mm2 can be reached on painted or GRP surfaces, which would be a value on the adhesive surface that would never be accessible in the case of a screw connection into the thin aluminum or GRP. This adhesive set enables a layman to create an absolutely firm connection between spoilers and the respective surface.

The DEKALIN adhesive set contains all components that are necessary so that even the self-incorporation can establish a professional connection. Stainless steel screws for attaching the solar modules are as well included, as are a detailed adhesive instructions. In addition, you only need a commercially available hand lever press for cartridges and a lint -free cloth.

The ABS assembly profiles

Cable guides from the roof into the interior are always quite delicate, as it must be ensured that even after years everything is absolutely tight and remains tight.

Because even the smallest water entry can too often irreparable damage to the internal insulation and furnishings. Especially since the moisture is often noticed quite late. For this reason, the roof implementations were developed: the housings consist of the same UV and weather-resistant material as the assemblies offered in the online shop. They are extremely stable and absolutely sure -footed. The wide glue edge ensures optimal sealing. The implementations with the adhesive set is glued to use the solar assembly brackets. The housing can also be painted as desired and thus adapted to the surface on which they are to be attached to

The professional cabling set

All the necessary cables are delivered plug & play and are already pre -crimped with half -timbered tools. So you don't need to buy special pliers for the MC-4 plugs.
