The Victron Blue Solar MPPT 150/45 charge controller - without Bluetooth - belongs to the large MPPT charge controller family and offers a wide performance spectrum for the demanding user. Ultra-fast power tracking and automatic adjustment of the MPP voltage in partial shading are just two of the many highlights. This model is capable of parallel operation with other controllers of the same type.

VE-Direct options for programming, real-time data and history display
Modern Apple and Android smartphones, tablets, Macbooks and other devices can be connected to the Bluetooth Smart Dongles and the MPPT app or the GX Color Control via VE.Direct, for example. Please note that Bluetooth Smart Dongles and GX Color Control are separate items that are not included in the scope of delivery of the charge controller but can be purchased from us as an option.

Maximum Power Point detection for partial shading
In the event of partial shading, there may be two or more maximum power points (MPP) on the current-voltage curve. Conventional MPPTs tend to adjust to a local MPP. However, this may not be the optimum MPP. The innovative algorithm of the BlueSolar device will always maximize the energy yield by adjusting to the optimal MPP.

Product features of the BlueSolar 150/45 45A 12V 24V 36V 48V MPPT
- ultrafast MPP tracker of the latest generation ensures the best possible yield even in cloudy conditions
- automatic detection of the MPP voltage in the event of partial shading ensures a further improvement in yield compared to "simple" MPPT charge controllers
- integrated VE.Direct data communication port for connection for communication with additional devices such as Bluetooth Smart Dongle or the GX Color Control Panel
- High maximum efficiency of 98%
- Parallel operation with other 150/45 controllers possibleadjustable constant charge voltage
- adjustable float charge voltage
- suitable for all AGM, GEL, lead-acid calcium-calcium and lithium batteries
- tr version = connection of the solar modules via screw terminals (max. 35mm²)
- Fully programmable charging algorithms that are later activated and switched manually via a switch on the housing
- Nominal charging current 45A, 150V maximum PV open-circuit voltage
- Maximum PV power: 12V: 650W, 24V: 1300W, 48V: 2600W
- integrated protection against battery polarity reversal
- multi-stage and adaptive charging algorithm
- protection class IP 43 for the electronic components and protection class IP 22 for for the connection area of the controller
-integrated temperature sensor balances maintenance and constant charging voltage according to temperature
-day/night time control and light dimming option
-130x186x70

High-speed MPP tracker
Especially in overcast conditions, when the light intensity is constantly changing, an extremely fast MPPT controller improves the energy yield by up to 30% compared to PWM charge controllers and by up to 10% compared to slower MPPT controllers.

Comprehensive electronic protection
- Protection against reverse polarity battery connection
- PV reverse current blocking
- Protection against overheating of the device
- Protection against short circuits
- Protection against reverse polarity PV connection

VE.Direct data communication port
VE.Direct in text mode transmits all important parameters to other devices connected to the charge controller every second and thus offers the possibility of communication with additional devices such as the Bluetooth Smart Dongle or the GX Color Control Panel from Victron. The VE.Direct connection is intended for products where full Canbus integration (VE-Direct) would be too expensive.
