Lynx Distributor (M10)from Victron Energy is a modular DC busbar that is part of your modular Lynx distribution system and has slots for up to four DC fuses.This rail continuously monitors the status of each individual fuse and signals this via illuminated LEDs on the front. It is supplied with power using the 40cm RJ10 cable supplied and can connect to a Lynx Smart BMS 500 or Lynx Smart BMS 1000.For further monitoring and communication, you can easily connect a Cerbo GX (also with display panel GX Touch 50 or GX Touch 70), CCGX or Venus GX&nbsp. Up to 4 connected Lynx distributors can be monitored with one GX device.

Please note that the designation M10 refers to the connections of the busbars to which the modules are connected. In contrast, the connections for fuses and cables are always labeled M8.

Fuse detection:
The distributor monitors each individual fuse and also detects them if they are blown. In the event of a blown fuse, the red fuse LED is activated, the operation LED turns red and an alarm message is sent to the connected Lynx Smart BMS at the same time. Fuse detection is possible for all fuses on the battery side as well as on the load or charging side. It is important to note that fuse detection has a special feature. If batteries are connected to multiple Lynx distribution circuits and a battery fuse blows, the fuse monitor will not alarm for the faulty fuse until a sufficiently high voltage is present on the fuse. This only happens after the battery has been charged or discharged.

Lynx distribution system:
The system is a modular rail system that includes DC connectors, distributors, fuses, battery monitoring and/or lithium battery management functions. It consists of the following components:
Lynx Power In - Plus and minus busbar with four connections for batteries or DC devices
Lynx Distributor - Plus and minus busbar with four fused connections for batteries or DC devices and fuse monitoring
Lynx Shunt VE.Can - positive busbar with free space for main fuse, negative busbar with shunt for battery monitoring, has VE.Can communication for setup with GX device
Lynx Smart BMS - For use with Victron Energy Lithium Battery Smart batteries, Bluetooth communication via VictronConnect app or with a GX device, available as 500 A model with M8 busbars or 1000 A model with M10 busbars

VictronConnect app:
The app is essential for setting up and monitoring! The following connection options are available: Bluetooth / USB, via the optional interface / remotely controlled via a GX device and the VRM portal
The app is available for the following platforms: Android / Apple IOS (USB is not supported, only a connection via Bluetooth is possible) / MacOs / Windows (Bluetooth is not supported, only a connection via USB is possible) The app can be downloaded from the respective app stores or from the Victron product page. Alternatively, a QR code is available.
