* Up to a maximum total shipment weight of 30 kg – from 30 kg onwards the order is shipped by freight forwarder / up to a maximum weight per individual item of: 30 kg in DE and AT and 29 kg for destinations outside DE and AT. Free parcel shipping within Germany for orders with a goods value from 250 € and above.

** Import VAT and customs duties in the recipient country are charged to the recipient by the freight forwarder and are not included in the shipping costs.

*** Shipping up to 450 kg: Additional country specific shipping charges apply for each additional weight threshold of 450 kg.

The shipping charges displayed during checkout constitute a flat fee for the overall shipping and logistics service and explicitly do not relate to the number of parcels used, the selected carrier or the actual transport costs of individual shipments or partial deliveries.

The decision regarding the shipping method, packaging, number of parcels, partial shipments and the selection of transport providers lies solely with FRENCHMAN GmbH.

In order to accelerate delivery, increase transport safety or optimize logistical processes, we expressly reserve the right to split orders into multiple parcels, partial shipments or different carriers at our sole discretion.

The division of an order into multiple parcels or the use of a shipping method different from that expected by the customer does not give rise to any claim for a full or partial refund, reduction or reimbursement of the shipping charges applied.

**** For orders with a goods value of 1,000 € or more, an export accompanying document is required, therefore additional shipping costs of 45 € apply.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of a second delivery attempt for shipments sent via freight carrier. Similarly, if delivery is refused or the package cannot be delivered, the freight carrier's shipping costs, plus return shipping, will be charged to you.
