* up to a maximum total shipment weight of 30 kg – shipments over 30 kg are sent by freight forwarding / maximum weight per individual item: 30 kg in DE and AT and 29 kg outside DE and AT. Parcel shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders from 250 EUR.

** Import VAT and customs duties in the destination country are charged to the recipient by the freight forwarder and are not included in the shipping costs.

*** Shipping up to 450 kg – for each additional weight threshold of 450 kg, further country-specific shipping costs will be charged.

**** From an order value of 1,000 EUR, an export accompanying document is required; therefore, additional shipping costs of 45 € apply.

For shipping to Malta, Iceland, Ireland, Cyprus or other countries not listed here, please contact us directly.

Please note that the costs for a second delivery attempt for freight shipments are not covered by us. Likewise, freight costs in case of refusal of acceptance plus return transport will be charged.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, domestic deliveries (Germany) are made within 1–3 days, and international deliveries within 2–7 days after conclusion of contract (or after receipt of payment if prepayment is agreed).
Please note: No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.
