Here's how it works:

1. Register: Visit www.meineinkauf.ch and create your personal email address in the format firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch.

2. Order: Place your order in our shop using your personal firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address.

3. Shipping and Billing Address: Use only the following address:

   Please also make sure to choose an appropriate payment method.

4. Notifications: All order and shipping information will be automatically forwarded from your firstname.lastname@meineinkauf.ch email address to your private email address. At the same time, the team at MeinEinkauf.ch will stay informed about the status of your order to deliver your goods to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible.

   You can conveniently track the status of your order about 48 hours after the goods have arrived at www.meineinkauf.ch under "My Orders".

5. Payment: Pay for your order directly in our shop. You will then receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch.
