This Ve.CAN to CAN Bus-BMS cable from Victron you need to connect a Victron GX device to connect a CAN bus-compatible battery. The cable, with a length of 5m, corresponds to type B, which can be used for the following batteries:

The page called "CAN-BUS BMS" is inserted into the battery. The other side with the name "Ve.can" must either be connected to the Ve.CAN port of the GX device or to the BMS-CAN port become. Both types of a GX device can be configured for use with a third-party CAN bus battery connected to a BMS. Information about the configuration can be found in the manual for the battery you use.
