The Victron Blue Solar MPPT 150/45 charge controller - without Bluetooth - belongs to the large MPPT charge controller family and offers a wide performance spectrum for the demanding user. Ultra-fast power tracking and automatic adjustment of the MPP voltage in partial shading are just two of the many highlights. This model is capable of parallel operation with other controllers of the same type.

VE-Direct options for programming, real-time data and history display
Modern Apple and Android smartphones, tablets, Macbooks and other devices can be connected to the Bluetooth Smart Dongles and the MPPT app or the GX Color Control via VE.Direct, for example. Please note that Bluetooth Smart Dongles and GX Color Control are separate items that are not included in the scope of delivery of the charge controller but can be purchased from us as an option.

Maximum Power Point detection for partial shading
In the event of partial shading, there may be two or more maximum power points (MPP) on the current-voltage curve. Conventional MPPTs tend to adjust to a local MPP. However, this may not be the optimum MPP. The innovative algorithm of the BlueSolar device will always maximize the energy yield by adjusting to the optimal MPP.

High-speed MPP tracker
Especially in overcast conditions, when the light intensity is constantly changing, an extremely fast MPPT controller improves the energy yield by up to 30% compared to PWM charge controllers and by up to 10% compared to slower MPPT controllers.

VE.Direct data communication port

The VE.Direct connection is intended for products where full Canbus integration (VE-Direct) would be too expensive.
