Pylontech US5000 LiFePO4

The Pylontech US5000 is a latest-generation lithium storage system. The system was specifically designed to meet the high demands placed on solar storage systems today. Even with regular deep discharges, the Pylontech US5000 guarantees maximum safety and a long service life thanks to the latest technology. In addition, the latest battery from the market-leading manufacturer, now with 4.8 kWh per module, once again offers a high level of safety. The Battery Management System (BMS) built into each module regulates this through monitoring and balancing and provides protection against:

Deep discharge and overcharging
Overvoltage during charging
Excessive currents during charging and discharging
Over- and under-temperature
Short circuits and reverse polarity
Continuous monitoring of individual cell voltages (cell balancing)

Features

Extremely cycle-stable – over 6,000 cycles at 95% DoD

Service life of over 10 years

Absolutely intrinsically safe lithium technology

Modular design

The system has a modular design and can be configured to the exact desired storage capacity by connecting multiple modules together. Each storage module consists of a high-performance lithium iron phosphate (LiFePo4) battery and an integrated BMS.

High cycle life

The extremely high cycle life of the built-in LiFePo4 cells makes Pylontech US5000 modules the optimal storage solution for photovoltaic systems. Regardless of whether the solar system is grid-connected or off-grid, the Pylontech storage system offers several advantages over typical lead-acid batteries and other lithium technologies.

Pylontech Brackets

Pylontech Brackets are designed for vertically stacking Pylon US5000 battery modules. These stackable brackets allow you to stack Pylontech US5000 batteries, ensuring optimal air circulation for the batteries. The batteries should not be stacked directly on top of each other without spacing. Using a clamping mechanism on the sides of the bracket, stacked brackets can be connected and secured to each other. A maximum of 4 batteries can be stacked on top of each other in this manner. One set, consisting of two brackets, is required per Pylontech battery.

Features

Optimal air circulation

Connect and secure stacked brackets using a clamping mechanism

Up to four batteries can be stacked

Set of two brackets for one battery

Connection set

The Pylontech battery connection cable set (MPN BW0US3000BAL0002) includes two 2-meter cables (positive/negative), each with a cross-section of 25 mm², and a CAN data cable with RJ45 connectors on both ends. This set is required to connect Pylontech batteries to an inverter.
