AGM technology for cyclic applications
In AGM technology, the electrolyte is bound within a glass fiber mat. This makes the battery sealed, maintenance-free, and suitable for applications with high discharge currents. The low internal resistance is particularly beneficial for operation with inverters and other high-power DC loads. The battery is designed for repeated charging and discharging cycles, with the possible number of cycles increasing as the depth of discharge decreases.
High-cycle battery with M8 connector
The battery achieves 400 cycles at 80%, 600 cycles at 50%, and up to 1,500 cycles at a 30% depth of discharge. Shallower discharge cycles thus allow for a higher number of charge and discharge cycles than regular deep discharges. M8 threaded inserts enable electrical connection via appropriately designed cable lugs. With dimensions of 485 × 172 × 240 mm, the battery is suitable for installation spaces of corresponding size.
