Designed for telecommunication applications; space-saving for boats and land vehicles

The deep cycle AGM telecom series has been specially developed for use in telecom systems. With their front terminals and small footprint, these batteries are ideal for shelf mounting. These batteries also help to solve space problems on the ground or access problems on board boats and vehicles.

AGM technology

AGM stands for "Absorbent Glass Mat" (absorbent glass fiber mat). In these batteries, the electrolyte is located in a glass fiber mat between the plates. The acid is transported by capillary action.

Low self-discharge

The use of high purity lead-calcium grids means that Victron VRLA batteries can be stored for a long time without needing to be recharged. The self-discharge rate is less than 2% per month at 20°C. This value doubles for every 10°C increase in temperature.

Low internal resistance

Carries very high charge and discharge rates

Large number of charge cycles possible

Over 500 cycles at 50% depth of discharge
