The US3000D is a lithium storage system of the latest generation. The storage system has been specially developed to fully meet the high demands placed on solar storage systems today. Maximum safety and a long service life are guaranteed even with regular deep discharges thanks to the latest technology.
The latest battery from the market-leading manufacturer, now with 3.5 kWh per module, once again has a battery management system (BMS) built into each module and therefore offers a high level of safety. Internally, the individual cells are monitored and protected against overvoltage, overtemperature, deep discharge, etc. in a balanced manner. The battery is compatible and certified with many available inverters.
Properties
- Extremely cycle-resistant - over 8000 cycles at 95% DoD
- More usable energy content than the previous US3000 model
- Lifespan of over 15 years
- Absolutely intrinsically safe lithium technology
- Compatible with many available inverters
- Automatic address setting when connected in multi-groups
- High charging and discharging power possible
- Integrated BMS
- Very high storage density - low weight and compact design
- Easy installation thanks to modular design
- Absolutely maintenance-free and durable
- Built-in soft-start function, which is able to reduce the power surge when the inverter is started from the battery
- Dual active protection at BMS level
- Supports WakeUp via 5-12V signal from the RJ45 port
- Pre-charge function to protect the ESS system from overvoltage function
Battery management system in each module
The battery management system integrated in each module protects each built-in battery cell from harmful influences over the entire service life of the module and effectively prevents premature failure
.
Protection against:
- Deep discharge and overcharging
- &overvoltage during charging
- too high currents during charging and discharging
- Over and under temperature
- Short circuit and reverse polarity
Continuous monitoring of the individual cell voltages (cell balance)
Modular design
The system has a modular design and can be configured precisely to the desired storage capacity by interconnecting several modules. Each storage module consists of a high-performance lithium iron phosphate (LiFePo4) battery and an integrated BMS.
High cycle life
The extremely long cycle life of the LiFePo4 cells used make Pylontech US3000C modules the ideal storage solution for photovoltaic systems. Regardless of whether the solar system is grid-connected or stand-alone, the Pylontech storage system offers several advantages over typical lead-acid batteries and other lithium technologies.
