The HMS-350 (MPN: HMS-350-1T) from Hoymiles is the perfect micro inverter for your balcony power plant. This compact, lightweight device (weighing only 1.75 kg) is suitable for solar power production with an output of 280 to 470+W. Just like all other micro inverters from Hoymiles, it is suitable for long operating hours and a wide range of PV module applications, as its start-up voltage is very low (only 22V) and the DC input range of the operating voltage (16-60V) is extremely wide.

Compared to the previous model from the HM series, the HMS-350 is 0.23 kg lighter and offers greater safety for rooftop solar power plants thanks to its quick shutdown and isolated transformer. The new sub-1G wireless solution enables more stable communication with the Hoymiles Gateway DTU.

Optimal reliability

Micro inverter systems are inherently more reliable than conventional inverters. The decentralized design of a micro inverter system ensures that a fault does not cause the entire PV system to fail. Hoymiles microinverters are designed to operate at full power at ambient temperatures of up to +65°C (150°F). The microinverter housing is designed for outdoor installation and complies with protection class IP67.

Simple installation

PV systems with Hoymiles microinverters are very easy to plan. There is no need to install cumbersome conventional inverters. Each microinverter can be quickly mounted on the PV mounting rack or directly under the PV module. The PV module is connected directly to the microinverter on site, eliminating the risk of people being exposed to dangerously high DC voltage.
