Pylontech US3000C LiFePO4

The Pylontech US3000C (MPN US3000C) is a latest-generation lithium storage system. The storage unit has been specially developed to meet the high demands placed on solar storage units today. Even with regular deep discharges, the Pylontech US3000C guarantees maximum safety and a long service life thanks to the latest technology. In addition, the latest battery from the market-leading manufacturer, now with 3.5kWh per module, once again offers a high level of safety. The battery management system (BMS) built into each module regulates this by monitoring and balancing, and offers protection against:

Deep discharge and overcharging
overvoltage during charging
excessive currents during charging and discharging
over- and under-temperature
Short circuit and reverse polarity
Continuous monitoring of individual cell voltages (cell balance)

Features

Extremely cycle-resistant – over 6000 cycles at 95% DoD

More usable energy content than the previous US3000 model

Service life of over 10 years

Absolutely intrinsically safe lithium technology

Compatible with many available inverters

Automatic address setting when connected in multi-groups

High charging and discharging power possible

Integrated BMS

Very high storage density – low weight and compact design

Easy installation thanks to modular design

Absolutely maintenance-free and durable

Built-in soft-start function capable of reducing the current surge when the inverter is started from the battery

Dual active protection at BMS level

Supports WakeUp via 5-12V signal from the RJ45 port

Pre-charge function to protect the ESS system from overvoltage

7-year manufacturer's warranty

Modular design

The system has a modular design and can be tailored precisely to the desired storage capacity by connecting several modules together. Each storage module consists of a high-performance lithium iron phosphate (LiFePo4) battery and an integrated BMS.

High cycle life

The extremely high cycle life of the built-in LiFePo4 cells makes Pylontech US3000C modules the optimal storage solution for photovoltaic systems. Regardless of whether the solar system is grid-connected or stand-alone, Pylontech storage offers several advantages over typical lead-acid batteries and other lithium technologies.

Pylontech brackets

The Pylontech brackets are used for vertical stacking of the US3000C pylon battery modules. These stackable brackets allow you to stack the US3000C Pylontech batteries, ensuring the best possible air circulation for the batteries. The batteries should not be stacked directly on top of each other without any space between them. A clamping device on the sides of the bracket allows stacked brackets to be connected and secured to each other. A maximum of 4 batteries can be stacked on top of each other in this way. One set consisting of two holders is required per Pylontech battery.

Features

Optimal air circulation

Connect and secure stacked brackets using a clamping device

Up to four batteries can be stacked

Set of two holders for one battery
