With a DC-DC charger (booster) you can efficiently charge a second battery while driving your motorhome. The booster does this by making the alternator “think” it is charging a depleted starter battery; an internal algorithm monitors the process. If needed, you can choose a programmable unit that can be set exactly to your requirements. Some boosters also have Bluetooth, letting you monitor their status wirelessly via an app.
