Für alle SmartSolar und BlueSolar MPPT Solar-Laderegler von Victron Energy stehen neue Firmware-Versionen bereit. Die Updates verbessern die allgemeine Produktzuverlässigkeit und beheben verschiedene kleinere Fehler.

Betroffene Geräte sind die MPPT-Serien SmartSolar MPPT und BlueSolar MPPT.

Wichtige Änderungen für Modelle mit Firmware v3.18

• Mehrere interne Verbesserungen zur Erhöhung der Gesamtzuverlässigkeit
• Behebung eines Kommunikationsproblems mit VE.Bus BMS v2 und VE.Bus BMS NG.
In bestimmten Fällen wechselte der Laderegler nicht in den sicheren Modus, wenn das BMS aus dem System entfernt wurde. Dieses Verhalten wurde korrigiert.

• Interne Verbesserungen zur Steigerung der Zuverlässigkeit
• Unterstützung für Settings Lock bei Modellen mit steckbarem Display ergänzt
• Verbesserte Startzuverlässigkeit des Lastausgangs
• Entfernen des Verlaufsmenüs aus dem optionalen steckbaren Display-Zubehör

Firmware-Update durchführen

Welche Firmware-Version zutrifft, also v1.xx oder v3.xx, hängt vom jeweiligen Solar Charger Modell ab. Ein falsches Update ist nicht möglich, da die Geräte ausschließlich passende Firmware-Versionen akzeptieren.

Sowohl das VRM Portal als auch die VictronConnect App wählen automatisch die richtige Version aus.

Empfohlene Update-Methoden

Systeme mit VRM-Anbindung
Die empfohlene Methode ist das Remote-Firmware-Update über das VRM Portal.

Systeme ohne VRM-Anbindung
• Warten, bis die Firmware in der VictronConnect App verfügbar ist
• Alternativ die passende Datei aus der Firmware-Bibliothek herunterladen und über die Datei-Update-Funktion in VictronConnect installieren

How to update: Which firmware applies, ie. v1.xx or v3.xx, depends on the Solar Charger model. There is no need to worry about installing the wrong firmware, the Solar Chargers will never accept a firmware update of the wrong type. And both the VRM Portal as well as the VictronConnect App will always select the right version automatically. For systems connected to the VRM Portal, the recommended method is to use the VRM Remote firmware update feature. Refer to the detailed instructions to learn how to do that.
