The Energy Meter EM24 from Victron Energy (MPN Rel200200100) is a three-phase energy counter with a maximum of 65a per phase. It is used in the house connection/counter box to measure the services on all three phases.
The energy meter can be used as:
- Grid knife and is used as a tax input for an ESS system
- Measurement device for the performance of a PV inverter
- Measurement device for the performance of an alternating current unit
For all uses mentioned above, the measuring device should be connected to the local network so that the GX device can achieve it.
Note on GX firmware versions
To support the Ethernet EM24 measuring devices, Venus 2.60 is the minimum firmware required on the GX device.
