Integrated protective relay

As a control center, the relay controls electrical processes and connects the inverter with other components of the solar system, such as batteries or loads, for efficient use of the solar power generated. The relay plays a crucial role in safety by protecting the inverter and connected devices from overloads or malfunctions. This precise monitoring of the current flows ensures the stability and longevity of the entire solar system.

The integration of the reliable SUN-MI-RELAY, approved by the German Federal Network Agency, into the Deye SUN-M80G3-EU-Q0 significantly improves the functionality and safety of the inverter, enables efficient use of solar energy and provides protective mechanisms for the system.

Easy installation

As long as the maximum values of the inverter are not exceeded, individual PV modules can be installed in any combination of module number, direction and power rate. The earthing cable (PE) of the AC cable is connected to the chassis in the micro inverter, which means that it may not be necessary to install the earthing cable. A WLAN router located in the vicinity of the micro inverter can be used to collect data. You can then retrieve the automatically uploaded data via the app or the website.

MPP tracker

Each module connection has an individual MPPT control. This ensures that the maximum power is fed into the grid regardless of the output of the other PV modules in the system. If individual solar modules are affected by e.g. shade, dust or alignment, the output of the entire system is not reduced, but only that of the individual string.

Remote shutdown function

The remote shutdown function in the Deye SUN-M80G3-EU-Q0 enables the solar system to be shut down remotely in an emergency. Thanks to the intelligent monitoring platform, the remote shutdown is initiated immediately. In addition, maintenance of the PV system is simplified thanks to the option of remote parameter settings and firmware updates.
